In 2018 Saltmarsh Developments approached Devon Interiors to carry out a turnkey interior design and marketing package for their latest 14 house development in the North Devon town of Bideford.
Devon interiors provided the sales brochure, photo realistic visualisations of the house exteriors and interiors as well as complete ‘panos’ to be used for marketing, giving prospective buyers the opportunity to get an interactive feel for their new home. The interior design brief was to design the show home for the modern family, we achieved this by keeping the finishes neutral and introducing bursts of colour through the artwork and soft furnishings.
