Team DI were commissioned by Anchor Trust for a new project; Austin Place Independent Retirement Living Apartments in Weybridge, Surrey.
This new build of 65 apartments also boasts - 'New York' style Café, Communal Lounge, Library Snug, Wellbeing suite with Salon, Guest accommodation and meeting rooms. As a team we were commissioned to support Anchor Trust from Concept to Completion; including procurement and fitting out of all loose furniture, soft furnishings, homewares and artwork.
