Birchgrove is a brand-new retirement village business which offers something different to the growing retirement market. Devon Interiors were delighted to be approached to work with Birchgrove to design their first assisted living community in Sidcup Kent.
Queensgate Apartments offer a beautiful restaurant, club room with library, hair salon, fitness studio and guest suite all for resident’s use. The brief was to design an environment different to other retirement facilities, this was achieved by using bold and vibrant print fabrics, luxury furniture and carpets with multi-layer designs. The herringbone flooring and grey panelling in the restaurant gives a timeless feel with the orange and blue colour ways adding a modern twist.
