Hosting 54 apartments Banstead Place is an impressive Grade II listed Georgian manor with outbuildings and Orchard. This design embraces the period charm of the building whilst incorporating the contemporary aesthetic of Birchgrove. Working alongside conservationists to ensure finishes were in line with the property’s history we also added vibrancy through the use of bright colours, lighting and artwork. The Orangery, dining room, drawing room and even the visitors WC designs are bold and rich with pattern.
