Offering 60 retirement apartments, Ayrton House boasts history. Once housing the Medical Research Institute and even making an appearance in a Batman film, the views from this site are just as impressive. Not wanting to overwhelm the interior; pinks, coppers and mint green were introduced throughout this design scheme. Each communal room houses a bespoke joinery item from the bar, banquettes, servery and the bookcase. Residents also have access to a fitness studio that adapts into either an activity room fitness studio or cinema.
