Lucombe House

Devon County Council, like many, wanted to provide a collaborative and flexible workspace to entice employees back into the office after the pandemic. Across three floors, there were a range of hot desks, informal meeting areas, private meeting rooms, breakout spaces, singular booths and kitchenettes. To separate out these elements throughout the design we incorporated bespoke dividers with small succulents to add interest. Being slightly out of the city centre we also designed a Café installed on the Ground Floor.
