Newberry Lodge

Newberry Lodge was part of a redevelopment to convert a Grade II listed former girls school, known as St Margaret’s, into apartments. Located in the sort after St Leonards postcode in Exeter, Newberry Lodge show apartment was designed to reflect the luxury surrounding it. The site also became the first property in the UK to secure an Energy Performance Certification (EPC) A for a set of historic buildings which is more commonly awarded to new builds.
