Guinness Partnership Quayside

Devon Interiors were commissioned by the Guinness Partnership to provide a full design service for a new extra care facility in Totnes Devon. Quayside is a beautiful site which overlooks the River Dart and boasts a café restaurant, spa and pamper suite.

Devon Interiors created a bold, beautiful and biophilic inspired design scheme, using earthy colour tones and taking inspiration from the surrounding natural beauty.
An important part of the brief was to ensure that the design was suitable for residents living with dementia and to form a supportive environment for the provision of high quality care.

This project is the first extra care facility which team DI have had the joy of completing in our home county, we think it is a triumph!
