As Co-Owner of Devon Interiors, Leanne has been instrumental in shaping the company's growth and success alongside Kate, since its creation in 2013. With a wealth of experience having worked in the design industry for over 25 years, Leanne has plenty of knowledge within the construction industry and a huge amount of experience in all sectors with a focus on luxury Care and Hospitality.

With qualifications in Interior Design, Construction Management and Architectural Technology, alongside a role as Head of Interior Design for one of the UK’s largest Design and Engineering practices, Leanne consistently pushes the team past the considered ‘norm’ of an Interior Design practise.

Leading the team on large, complicated developments – whether Design and Build or Traditional Build – is something Leanne thrives on, ensuring that the client aspirations are fully realised.  Holding Contractors to account and supporting Clients through the construction stage is something she is passionate about, focusing on co-ordination and detail, so the outcome is as good as it possibly can be.

Over the years, with Leanne's endless knowledge, she has developed a specialism in designing for people living with dementia, attending conferences as a public speaker to educate others in this field. Creating Interiors that have a positive impact of people’s lives is something she is very passionate about, all fuelled by a long-standing daily – tea, coffee, tea, coffee, tea schedule!
